Information Technology Services (ITS)

SELF SERVICE

ITS Self Service is a web-based application which provides Loyola University Chicago students, faculty, and staff the ability to independently submit Call Tickets without directly contacting the IT Helpdesk or ResNet via telephone. The Self-Service application is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for your convenience.

You may submit a Call Ticket request via the web using ITS Self Service. For instructions on how to use ITS Self Service, click here.

Password Problems?
If you have a password problem, go to the Personal Account Manager (PAM). If your request is urgent, contact the IT Helpdesk directly at extension 8-4ITS (off-campus: 773-508-4ITS).

The  mailbox is monitored on a hourly basis from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  But, if your request is urgent, contact the the IT Helpdesk directly at extension 8-4ITS (off-campus: 773-508-4ITS).
