- Internal Transfer Application: Use this application if you are a current student applying to another college or school within Loyola.
- Multiple Degree Application: Use this application if you are completing majors in two different schools.
- Non-Degree/Visiting Student Application: Use this application if you are interested in taking classes for personal enrichment and are not seeking a college degree, or if you are a visiting student and want to earn credit at Loyola to count toward a degree at another institution.
- Reactivation Application: Use this application if you previously applied to Loyola, but did not attend.

- Discontinue College/School Form: Submit this form if you plan to drop out of a major or school (for multiple degree-seeking student only).
- Dual-Degree Program: If you are a current student applying for a dual degree (bachelors/ masters) within the University, please apply through Graduate and Professional Enrollment Management (GPEM).
